Exchange & Return 

1. Cancellation :
You can cancel your order within 24 hours after purchase.
Please email contact@maisonlesenerves.com and include:

-Order number
-Name the order was made with
-Email address the order was made with your request

We have the right to cancel orders that abuse our terms & conditions. We will refund those orders suspected of fraud, plead read our terms & conditions carefully.

2. Returns & Exchanges
If you are not happy with the goods you have received, you have 14 days from receipt of your parcel to return or exchange the product. We realize that there might be size issues or flaws, we want our customers to be fully pleased with their purchases.
Please email contact@maisonlesenerves.com and include:

-Order number
-Name the order was made with
-Email address the order was made with
-Your request

- Articles must be unworn, unused and in a sellable condition, with all original tags attached. We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for items bought at a reduced or sale price
- We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition. This does not affect and is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.
- The customer is responsible for shipping returns

- For Return : You will be granted a full refund to the original payment method once your returned item has been received and inspected. Please note that refunds may take longer to appear in your account, depending on your credit card issuer. The cost of the original postage is not refundable.
- For Exchange : We will send the new item after your returned item has been received and inspected.
Please note that return processing may take additional time during peak seasonal times.

We welcome returns and exchanges as long as the following guidelines are followed :
- Please provide us the details of the Return shipment so that we can track the product. Failure to do so means we cannot take responsibility in the event of a lost package and the exchange will not be granted.
- The Return invoice and package must be clearly marked as Non Commercial Value.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to pay the duty, tax and shipping of Returns for exchange.
- We recommend contacting your local custom office for further information regarding these costs.
-  After we received the package, we will process the exchange or the refund if the product passed our inspection.

Orders returned to us without a return authorisation may face delays in processing. Maison les énervés reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email.

3. Faulty Items

If any items are damaged, defective or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days from delivery of your order.
We display photos of our products on our website for guidance only - minor differences between the photograph and the received product do not count as defects.
