How long will it take to receive my order?

Every piece is made by hand, to order. Making it takes 7 to 14 business days, then DHL Express delivers it in 3 to 5 business days. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as it ships. Shipping Policy

Will I pay customs duties?

For the United States, duties and import taxes are covered by us. For all other countries, import duties and local taxes are paid by the customer on delivery, according to your country's rules.

Can I return or exchange a piece?

Yes, within 14 days of delivery, for a full refund, a size exchange or store credit. The piece must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all its tags. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the piece is faulty. Sale items, hats and jewellery cannot be returned. Exchange and Return Policy

How do I choose my size?

Each product page has its own size guide. Our Siam Oversize is cut very wide on purpose. Still unsure? Email us your height and your usual size and we will advise you before you order.

How do I care for the embroidery and the faux fur?

We recommend dry cleaning. If you wash at home, hand wash cold (30°C max), inside out, with a mild detergent. Do not bleach, soak, wring or tumble dry, and dry flat in the shade. Never iron directly on the embroidery or the faux fur lines; if needed, iron inside out on low heat around them. Once dry, gently brush the faux fur lines with your fingers. Silk pieces: dry clean only.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, within 24 hours of purchase, by emailing us with your order number, as long as it has not been shipped.
