Exchange and Return Policy

1. Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 24 hours after purchase. Please email and include:

-Order number
-Name the order was made with
-Email address the order was made with 

We have the right to cancel orders that abuse our terms & conditions. We will refund those orders suspected of fraud, please read our terms & conditions carefully.

2. Return Policy

We accept returns for full-price items within 7 days of receipt for exchange or store credit.  Please email and include:

-Order number
-Name the order was made with
-Email address the order was made with

Kindly note:  
-Sale items (including sales where a discount code was used), hats, and jewellery are not eligible for return.
-The returned garment/s must be in their original packaging, with all tags attached. The garment/s have not been worn, damaged or washed. The original invoice should be included in package as proof of purchase. We reserve the right to charge a cleaning/administration fee or refuse the return if the garment is not in this condition.
-The customer is responsible for covering the full cost of returning the garment back to us (shipping, duty tax etc.).   
.MAISON LES ENERVES can not be held responsible in the event of loss, theft or damage of the parcel.
-Any garment/s returned after the 7 days timeframe shall be rejected.
-After we have received your return package, your garment/s will go through our inspection. If your garment meets all the criteria, we will issue you your store credit of the order amount (minus any costs of the return that we have covered).

Orders returned to us without a return authorisation may face delays in processing. We reserve the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email.

3. Exchanges

Should you be interested in a different size, colour or style, please return your item/s to us and simply purchase the new piece with your store credit.

4. Quality guarantee

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item please email and include:

-Order number
-Name of the order
-Email address with which the order was placed
-A photograph showing the damage
