Échange et Retour

1. Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 24 hours after purchase. Please email and include:

-Order number
-Name the order was made with
-Email address the order was made with your request

We have the right to cancel orders that abuse our terms & conditions. We will refund those orders suspected of fraud, please read our terms & conditions carefully.

2. Return Policy

If you are not happy with the goods you have received, you have 7 days from receipt of your parcel to return the product. We realize that there might be size issues or flaws, we want our customers to be fully pleased with their purchases. Please email and include:

Kindly note:  
- For hygiene purposes, All swimwear products cannot be returned and are final sale.
-Articles must be unworn, unused and in a sellable condition, with all original tags attached. We do not offer returns for items bought at a reduced or sale price.
-We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition. This does not affect and is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.
-The customer is responsible for shipping returns.

We welcome returns as long as the following guidelines are followed :
-Please provide us the details of the Return shipment so that we can track the product. Failure to do so means we cannot take responsibility in the event of a lost package and the refund may not be granted.
-The Return invoice and package must be clearly marked as Non Commercial Value.
-It is the responsibility of the customer to pay the duty, tax and shipping of Returns.
-We recommend contacting your local custom office for further information regarding these costs.
-After we received the package, we will process the refund if the product passed our inspection.

Any parcel returned after the prescribed timeframe shall be refused and returned to the sender. No parcel returned as cash on delivery shipping shall be accepted, whatever the reason. The costs and risks pertaining to the return of Product(s) are borne by the sender.

In order for the customer service to accept the return, the Product(s) must be returned in full condition in its original packing, undamaged, with its label attached, not worn, accompanied by all of its accessories, and a copy of the purchase invoice.

The Customer shall not have to justify the reasons or pay penalties, with the exception of return costs, relevant taxes and all potential customs duties.

 .MAISON LES ENERVES cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft or damage of the parcel. Parcels for which the Customer’s identification (surname, first name, address and return code) is not stated shall be refused.

On receipt of the Product(s) returned by the Customer, the customer service shall send a confirmation of receipt of the Product by e-mail.

Orders returned to us without a return authorisation may face delays in processing. We reserve the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email.

3. Exchanges

Should you be interested in a different size, colour or style, please return your item/s to us and simply purchase the new piece separately at

If the complete order is returned, the refund will not include standard delivery costs from .MAISON LES ENERVES to you.

.MAISON LES ENERVES shall refund into the Customer's original payment method; refunds to other payment methods are not permitted.

Please note that a deduction may be decided if the value of the Product(s) has been reduced as a result of handling the goods more than was necessary.

5. Important Information

-Items must be returned in perfect condition accompanied by the return information label.

-Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with original tag intact and seal still attached.

-All products that come in their own box, must be returned in their original, undamaged box as this is considered part of the product.

-Please make sure to return tall products that come in their own box inside another solid carton box to not damage the original packaging.

6. Sale

No return or exchanges for products purchased on sale or discounted price.

7. Quality guarantee

If any items are damaged, defective or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days from delivery of your order. We display photos of our products on our website for guidance only - minor differences between the photograph and the received product do not count as defects.
If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item please email and include:

-A photograph showing the damage
