General terms and conditions of sale

1. The seller
These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed on maisonlesenerves.com, operated by ARISTOCRACY FAMILY LIMITED, trading as MAISON LES ÉNERVÉS ("we", "us"), a company registered in Hong Kong under number 2894543, with its registered office at Champion Tower, 3 Garden Road, Central, Hong Kong 999077. 2. Scope
These terms apply to purchases made for personal use by any person ("you") ordering on our website. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted them. The version applicable to your order is the one published on the date of your order. Use of the website itself is governed by our Terms of Service.
3. Products
Our pieces are made by hand, to order, in our atelier. Each product page describes its main characteristics, composition and size guide. Our signature fur lines are made of faux fur. Photos are as faithful as possible; small variations in colour, embroidery placement or fur lines are part of handmade work and are not defects.
4. Prices
Prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before payment. We may change our prices at any time; the price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.
Duties and taxes: for deliveries to the United States, import duties and taxes are covered by us. For all other destinations, import duties, local taxes (such as VAT or GST) and customs clearance fees are not included and are paid by the customer on delivery.
5. Orders and payment
To order, add your pieces to the cart, enter your delivery details, review the shipping costs and pay at checkout. We accept all major cards and the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we never store your full card details.
Your order is confirmed once payment is accepted, and you receive a confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud or unavailable materials; any amount paid for a cancelled order is refunded in full.
We remain the owner of the products until full payment has been received.
6. Cancellation
As each piece is made to order, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by emailing contact@maisonlesenerves.com with your order number, as long as it has not been shipped.
7. Production and delivery
Each piece is made in 7 to 14 business days, then shipped worldwide with DHL Express, with delivery in 3 to 5 business days. These times are given as an indication; we will inform you by email of any delay. A tracking number is sent by email when your order ships. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
Please check your parcel on delivery and report any damage within 3 days at contact@maisonlesenerves.com, with photos. If a parcel is refused or not collected because duties and taxes were not paid, the original shipping costs and the return charges cannot be refunded.
8. Right of withdrawal, returns and exchanges
Right of withdrawal: you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to withdraw from your purchase, without having to give a reason. To do so, email contact@maisonlesenerves.com with your order number before the end of this period, then return the piece in its original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all its tags.
Refund: we refund the price of the returned piece(s) within 14 days of receiving your return, using the same payment method you used for your order.
Instead of a refund, you can also choose a size exchange or store credit. Full conditions are in our Exchange and Return Policy. Return shipping costs and any duties on returns are paid by the customer, unless the piece is faulty or incorrect. Sale items (including orders placed with a discount code), hats and jewellery cannot be returned.
9. Faulty or incorrect items
If a piece is faulty, damaged or not the one you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We cover the return costs and offer a repair, a replacement or a refund. This does not affect the legal guarantees you benefit from as a consumer.
10. Liability
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as carrier or customs delays. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
11. Intellectual property
All designs, embroidery, photos, logos and texts of MAISON LES ÉNERVÉS are our exclusive property. Buying a piece does not grant any right to reproduce its designs.

We process your personal data to manage your order and, with your consent, to keep you informed. See our Privacy Policy for details and your rights.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. In case of a problem, please contact us first so we can find an amicable solution.
