By browsing this website or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Purchases are also governed by our Terms and Conditions of Sale, our Shipping Policy, our Returns and Exchanges Policy and our Privacy Policy. Our store is hosted by Shopify.

2. Using the website

You must be of legal age in your country to place an order, or use the website with the consent of a parent or guardian. You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose, not to interfere with its security or operation, and not to copy, scrape or resell any part of it without our written permission.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for the accuracy of the information you give us.

4. Products, prices and orders

Our pieces are made by hand to order: small variations in colour, embroidery or faux fur lines are part of their character. We make every effort to show colours accurately, but screens vary. All prices are in US dollars (USD) and may change at any time; the price that applies is the one shown when you place your order. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud or unavailable materials; if we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.

5. Payment

We accept all major cards and the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers.

6. Errors

Occasionally the website may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies, for example in descriptions, prices or availability. We reserve the right to correct them and to update information at any time.
